Acorn Designs, LLC ("Licensor") grants permission, free of charge, to any individual obtaining a copy of this software and associated documentation files (the "Software"), to use the Software for their own personal workflow monitoring — including use by individual developers monitoring their own AI tool subscriptions in a professional setting — subject to the following conditions:

This individual-use grant does not extend to organizational, team, or multi-seat deployments. Deploying the Software on behalf of, or to serve the monitoring needs of, an organization, team, employer, or multiple users requires a separate written license from the Licensor. Contact hello@trytokenomics.com to discuss team and enterprise licensing.

1. Attribution

   You may share or recommend the Software to others, provided that you link to the original repository (github.com/rob-stout/Tokenomics) and credit Rob Stout as the creator. You may not present the Software, or any portion of its code, as your own work.

2. No Redistribution

   You may not redistribute, repackage, sublicense, or sell copies of the Software — whether modified or unmodified — without prior written permission from the Licensor. Distribution must occur through the official repository or release channels maintained by the Licensor.

3. No Commercial Use

   You may not incorporate any portion of the Software's source code into a commercial product or service without prior written permission from the Licensor.

4. Modifications

   You may fork and modify the Software for personal use or learning. You may not distribute a modified version of the Software — whether as a compiled binary, installer, or hosted service — as a standalone product without prior written permission from the Licensor. All forks and modifications must retain this license and attribution.

5. Bug Reports and Contributions

   Bug reports and feature requests should be submitted through the official repository at github.com/rob-stout/Tokenomics/issues. By submitting a contribution (pull request, patch, or suggestion), you grant the Licensor a perpetual, royalty-free right to use, modify, and incorporate that contribution into the Software. You represent that you have the right to grant the above license and that the contribution does not infringe any third-party rights.

6. No Warranty and Limitation of Liability

   The Software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and noninfringement. In no event shall the Licensor be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages (including lost profits, loss of data, or business interruption) arising from the use of or inability to use the Software, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event shall the Licensor's total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Software exceed the amount paid by you for the Software in the twelve months preceding the claim, or ten dollars ($10.00 USD), whichever is greater.

7. Non-Affiliation and Trademark Notice

   Tokenomics is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Anthropic PBC, OpenAI Inc., Google LLC, or any other provider whose AI usage data may be displayed by this Software. Use of this Software to display usage from any third-party AI service does not imply any relationship with or endorsement by that service.

   All product names, trademarks, service marks, trade names, and logos mentioned in or displayed by the Software are the property of their respective owners. Any use of such marks within the Software is solely for purposes of identification and description (nominative fair use) and does not imply any association with or endorsement by the mark owner.

8. Termination

   This license is effective until terminated. The Licensor may terminate your rights under this license immediately and without notice if you breach any of its terms. Upon termination, you must destroy all copies of the Software in your possession. Clauses 1, 3, 6, 7, 9, and 10 survive termination.

9. Severability

   If any provision of this license is held unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed if modification is not possible, without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.

10. Governing Law and Venue

    This license is governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under or related to this license shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Denver County, Colorado, and both parties consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in those courts.
